Where do you ship
We ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Standard U.S. shipping is free with no minimum purchase requirement.
What is the daily order cutoff
The cutoff is 2:00 p.m. ET on business days. Orders placed later begin processing on the next business day.
How long does delivery take
Processing normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. Total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded.
Can I change or cancel an order
Contact support@stylehearthliving.com before shipment. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
What is the return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. After authorization, send the item back within 14 days using the instructions provided.
Do I need the original packaging
No. Original packaging is not required, and reasonable opening and inspection are allowed. Please include all components and avoid damage beyond reasonable inspection.
Who pays return or exchange shipping
We pay standard return shipping for authorized returns and standard shipping for approved exchanges. We do not charge a restocking fee.
When will I receive my refund
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need an additional 3–10 business days to post the funds.
What if my order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect
Contact support@stylehearthliving.com within 7 days after delivery and include the order number and photographs when applicable.
