Product listings
Each listing identifies the product offered and provides the applicable price and available specifications. Please review dimensions, materials, color, included components, and compatibility information before purchasing. Images are intended to represent the offered item, although display settings may affect color appearance.
Order formation
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation and successfully authorize payment, subject to inventory and verification. We may cancel an order for a genuine inventory, payment, pricing, fraud-prevention, or shipping issue. Any amount charged for a cancelled order will be returned to the original payment method.
Price, tax, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Standard shipping within the United States is free. Payment methods displayed at checkout may include Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal Wallet. Installment approval and repayment terms are provided by the applicable payment provider.
Fulfillment and delivery
The business-day cutoff is 2:00 p.m. ET. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and estimated transit takes 3–5 business days, for a total estimated delivery period of 4–7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded. See the Shipping Policy for complete terms.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation, shipping-address changes, and other order modifications must be requested before shipment by contacting support@stylehearthliving.com. Requests cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery. Authorized items must be sent back within 14 days. We pay standard return and approved exchange shipping, charge no restocking fee, and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.
