This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through https://stylehearthliving.com, operated by STYLE HEARTH LLC, at 514 Howard St, Glasgow, MO 65254, United States.
Shipping area and cost
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order cutoff and processing
The order cutoff is 2:00 p.m. ET on business days. Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Transit and estimated delivery
Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. The total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, including processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address problems, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Order tracking
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may require time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
Address accuracy and order changes
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. To request an address correction, order change, or cancellation, contact support@stylehearthliving.com before shipment. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins and cannot reroute an order after dispatch.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, first check the delivery area and contact the carrier. Then contact support@stylehearthliving.com. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days after delivery.
